Mr. Dao Feng He
Founder & CEO
Mr. Dao Feng He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GeYuan. He is a leading member of the GeYuan Investment Executive Committee and is fully responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations, including the sourcing, evaluation, monitoring, and exit strategy of investment projects. Prior to founding GeYuan, Mr. He was engaged in research on China’s rural policies. In 1995, he founded Sinoway Investment Corporation. and served as its Chairman until 2016. From 2001 to 2016, he also served as the Chairman of KunMing Sinobright Department Store Co., Ltd. For many years, he has served as the Executive Chairman of the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation on a volunteer basis. Currently, Mr. He also serves as the Chairman of the Dao Feng & Angela Foundation, a family charitable foundation established by Mr. He and his wife in the United States. He remains actively involved in philanthropic activities alongside his busy professional schedule. Mr. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yunnan University and a master’s degree in economics from Fudan University, China.
Mrs. Angela He
Co-founder & CFO
Mrs. Angela He is a Co-founder of GeYuan and is particularly active in the operations of its U.S. entity. She is responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy planning and the development of financial management systems, overseeing capital operations, financial reporting, risk control, and optimization of the capital structure, providing strong financial support for the realization of the company’s strategic objectives. With extensive experience in corporate financial management, capital operations, and investment and financing management, Mrs. He is adept at balancing business development with financial stability, thereby improving the efficiency of capital utilization and overall financial management. She is also responsible for establishing and improving the internal control system, strengthening compliance management and risk prevention mechanisms. As a key member of the core management team, she participates deeply in major business decisions and strategic planning, providing a solid financial foundation for the company’s sustainable and healthy development as well as long-term value growth. Mrs. Angela He holds a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University.

Mr. Bin Yang
VP-Investment
Mr. Bin Yang is responsible for formulating and executing the company’s overall investment strategy. He leads the identification and screening of high-quality investment projects and manages the entire investment process from project initiation and due diligence to investment exit. Mr. Yang has rich experience in capital markets and strong project analysis capabilities andconsistently delivers stable investment returns for the company. He oversees investment project evaluation, risk control, post-investment management, and resource integration to ensure that all investments align with the company’s development strategy. Leveraging deep industry insights and an extensive resource network, he plays a critical role in enhancing enterprise value and achieving long-term, steady growth. Mr. Yang joined Sinoway Investment Corporation in 1999 and Beijing GeYuan in 2015. Mr. Yang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the University of International Business and Economics.
Mrs. Yingying Liu

Mrs. Yingying Liu joined Sinoway Investment Corporation in 1999 and Beijing GeYuan in 2016. She is one of the most senior employees at GeYuan. Her responsibilities include participating in the full-cycle process management of investments to ensure that every stage—from project initiation to exit—follows internal procedures in compliance and efficiency. She is also responsible for managing relationships with investment project parties and facilitating cross-departmental coordination within the company. She represents the CEO in professional communications with both internal and external senior stakeholders, coordinates and balances relationship management, and handles important external client relationships to create sustainable, mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders. Her administrative duties also include the company’s internal compliance management, archives management, oversight of the Hong Kong and BVI companies, and the organization of major meetings and events, providing core business support for the company’s development. Mrs. Yingying Liu holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northeast Normal University.
Mr. Ling Qin
VP- Legal Affairs
Mr. Ling Qin joined Sinoway Investment Corporation in 1995 and Beijing GeYuan in 2001. He possesses extensive professional experience in corporate governance, investment compliance, risk control, and dispute resolution at Beijing GeYuan. He has long provided legal support and strategic advice for equity investments, financial investments, and corporate mergers and acquisitions, and is well-versed in relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and regulatory policies. In the company’s operations, he is responsible for drafting and reviewing various contracts and transaction documents, participating in legal due diligence for major investment projects, assessing and controlling legal risks, and ensuring that the company’s business is conducted in a compliant and stable manner. He also organizes legal proceedings and protects the legitimate rights and interests of the company’s projects, providing professional legal opinions for the company’s decision-making in complex business environments and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the company and its investors. With rigorous professionalism and rich practical experience, he provides a solid legal foundation for the company’s sustainable development and standardized operations. Mr. Ling Qin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Northwest University of Political Science and Law, and a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences at the Institute of Law.
Mrs. Qing Lin
Finance Manager
Mrs. Qing Lin is responsible for the company’s financial management, financial control of investment projects, external audits, internal financial budgeting, cost management, and corporate tax planning. With nearly 30 years of experience in financial management prior to joining GeYuan, she has worked at various foreign-invested enterprises and listed companies. She has participated in the IPOs of Chinese enterprises and has held multiple core financial management positions, playing a comprehensive role in building group financial systems and capital operations. Mrs. Qing Lin graduated from East China Institute of Metallurgy with a major in Accounting. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both the United States and China, a Certified Tax Agent, an International Certified Internal Auditor, and holds other professional qualifications.
Mrs. Ziling Wan
Investment Supervisor
Mrs. Zhiling Wan joined Beijing GeYuan in 2022. She assists the Vice President of Investments in the management of investment projects, participating in the full chain of work including project screening, due diligence, investment decision-making, post-investment management, and exit strategy. She is responsible for expanding and identifying high-quality investment project resources, conducting preliminary industry research and project assessments, and performing initial project screening to ensure alignment with the company’s investment strategy. She participates in the preparation of investment analysis reports, financial models, and risk assessments, and provides professional investment recommendations. She also coordinates negotiations, designs transaction structures, and facilitates the signing of agreements to ensure efficient project implementation. Additionally, she monitors the operational performance of invested projects, tracks macroeconomic trends, industry policies, and market dynamics, and promptly identifies and mitigates project risks. She also assists the Vice President of Investments in optimizing the department’s investment processes and risk control systems. Mrs. Zhiling Wan graduated from Beijing City University.
Mr. Hongquan Cui
Administration Supervisor
Mr. Hongquan Cui joined Beijing GeYuan in 2011. He is responsible for the execution and support of the company’s daily administrative affairs, including office environment management, meeting organization, document management, material procurement and inventory control, ensuring the orderly and efficient operation of all company activities. In his daily work, he actively supports the needs of various departments as well as provides communication, coordination, and logistical support to ensure smooth internal operations. He pays close attention to management detail and execution efficiency, continuously improving service quality and work standards. He plays a positive role in maintaining good office order and enhancing the company’s overall operational efficiency. Mr. Hongquan Cui graduated from Shenyang University.
